अथ मासे तु संपूर्णे पूर्णेन्दुसदृशाननः। प्रजापतिसुतः श्रीमाञ्शयने प्रत्यबुध्यत॥ सोऽपश्यत्सोमजं तत्र तपन्तं सलिलाशये। ऊर्ध्वबाहुं निरालम्बं तं राजा प्रत्यभाषत॥

atha māse tu saṃpūrṇe pūrṇendusadṛśānanaḥ| prajāpatisutaḥ śrīmāñśayane pratyabudhyata|| so'paśyatsomajaṃ tatra tapantaṃ salilāśaye| ūrdhvabāhuṃ nirālambaṃ taṃ rājā pratyabhāṣata||

English Meaning

There upon after the expiry of a month, the graceful king Ila, son of Soma, engaged from sleep and beholding Budha, the son of Soma, engaged in austerities with uplifted hands in the midst of waters, said.
