Quran 89:5

هَلۡ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٞ لِّذِي حِجۡرٍ

Hal fee zaalika qasamul lizee hijr

English Translation

Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception

— Saheeh International
