Quran 89:26

وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُۥٓ أَحَدٞ

Wa laa yoosiqu wasaaqa hooo ahad

English Translation

And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers]

— Saheeh International
