لَا تُحَرِّكۡ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعۡجَلَ بِهِۦٓ
Laa tuharrik bihee lisaa naka lita'jala bih
English Translation
Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an
