ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
'A-antum anzaltumoohu minal muzni am nahnul munziloon
English Translation
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down
