مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
Maa yalfizu min qawlin illaa ladaihi raqeebun 'ateed
English Translation
Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]
