لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ
Laa yasbiqoonahoo bil qawli wa hum bi amrihee ya'maloon
English Translation
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command
— Saheeh International
