tacchrutvā paramaprīto rāmo dharmabhṛtāṃ varaḥ|| vibhīṣaṇamuvācedaṃ vākyajñaṃ vākyakovidaḥ|
English Meaning
Hearing those words, Rāma, the foremost of the pious and conversant with the skill of speech greatly delighted, spoke to Vibhisana (equally) skilled in speech.
