प्रादीपवद् दाशरथेस्तदा शोकहुताशनम्॥ शायितं च चिरं तेन दुःखार्तेन महात्मना। मयापि विविधैर्वाक्यैः कृच्छादुत्थापितः पुनः॥
prādīpavad dāśarathestadā śokahutāśanam|| śāyitaṃ ca ciraṃ tena duḥkhārtena mahātmanā| mayāpi vividhairvākyaiḥ kṛcchādutthāpitaḥ punaḥ||
English Meaning
They inflamed the more Dasarathi's (Son of Dasaratha-Rāma) grief. And being overwhelmed with grief that high-souled one laid himself low on the ground. And consoling him in various words, I raised him up again.
