Verse 64.13

तांस्तु दृष्ट्वा नरव्याघ्रो राघवः प्रत्युवाच ह॥ क्व सीतेति निरीक्षन् वै बाष्पसंरुद्धया गिरा। एवमुक्ता नरेन्द्रेण ते मृगाः सहसोत्थिताः॥ दक्षिणाभिमुखाः सर्वे दर्शयन्तो नभः स्थलम्।

tāṃstu dṛṣṭvā naravyāghro rāghavaḥ pratyuvāca ha|| kva sīteti nirīkṣan vai bāṣpasaṃruddhayā girā| evamuktā narendreṇa te mṛgāḥ sahasotthitāḥ|| dakṣiṇābhimukhāḥ sarve darśayanto nabhaḥ sthalam|

English Meaning

Beholding them, Rāghava, the best of men, looked at them and said in accents choked with vapour-Where is Sītā? Being thus addressed by that Lord of men the deer rose up all on a sudden and looked up to the sky facing the south and proceeded to the direction by which Maithili had been carried away.
