Remember that Allah tests those He loves. Here are some remedies from the Quran and Sunnah to help soothe your heart.

Quran 20:25-28

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِيْ صَدْرِيْ ، وَيَسِّرْ لِيْ أَمْرِيْ ، وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّنْ لِّسَانِيْ ، يَفْقَهُوْا قَوْلِيْ

Transliteration

Rabbi-shraḥ lī ṣadrī, wa yassir lī amrī, wa-ḥlul ʿuqdatam-min-lisānī, yafqahū qawlī.

My Lord, expand for me my breast. And ease for me my task. And untie the knot from my tongue. That they may understand my speech.
