Al-Mu'awwidhat — Surah Al-Falaq and An-Nas

Transliteration

Qul aoothu biRabbil-falaq ... Qul aoothu biRabbin-nas, malikin-nas, ilahin-nas

Translation

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the dawn... Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind. Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas in full — three times in the morning, evening, and before sleeping.
