प्रचक्रू राक्षसेन्द्रस्य पितृमेधमनुत्तमम्। वेदिं च दक्षिणा प्राची यथास्थानं च पावकम्॥ पृषदाज्येन संपूर्ण स्रुवं स्कन्धे प्रचिक्षिपुः। पादयोः शकटं प्रापुरूर्वोचोलू खलं तदा॥

pracakrū rākṣasendrasya pitṛmedhamanuttamam| vediṃ ca dakṣiṇā prācī yathāsthānaṃ ca pāvakam|| pṛṣadājyena saṃpūrṇa sruvaṃ skandhe pracikṣipuḥ| pādayoḥ śakaṭaṃ prāpurūrvocolū khalaṃ tadā||

English Meaning

And raising an altar at the south-east corner they placed fire at the proper place. They then poured curd and clarified butter upon Rāvana's) shoulders. And placing Sakata on his legs, Ulukhala* on his things, and the brass utensils, Arunis and Musals in their proper places, they celebrated (the obsequies of his manes). *A wooden mortar used for cleaning rice.
