ते राघवधनुर्मुक्ता रुक्मपुङ्खाः शिखिप्रभाः। सुपर्णाः काञ्चना भूत्वा विचेरुः सर्पशत्रवः॥

te rāghavadhanurmuktā rukmapuṅkhāḥ śikhiprabhāḥ| suparṇāḥ kāñcanā bhūtvā viceruḥ sarpaśatravaḥ||

English Meaning

Discharged from Rāghava's bow, those arrows plated with gold at the feathered parts and furnished with the splendour of peacocks, becoming golden birds-began to range (the field of battle) as the enemies of the serpents.
