गुरुपुत्रानहं सर्वान् नमस्कृत्य प्रसादये। शिरसा प्रणतो याचे ब्राह्मणांस्तपसि स्थितान्॥ ते मां भवन्तः सिद्ध्यर्थं याजयन्तु समाहिताः। सशरीरो यथाहं वै देवलोकमावाप्नुयाम्॥
guruputrānahaṃ sarvān namaskṛtya prasādaye| śirasā praṇato yāce brāhmaṇāṃstapasi sthitān|| te māṃ bhavantaḥ siddhyarthaṃ yājayantu samāhitāḥ| saśarīro yathāhaṃ vai devalokamāvāpnuyām||
English Meaning
And with the view of propitiating you, I, lowly bowing down my head, beseech the sons of my spiritual guide, Brāhmaṇas ever staying by asceticism, do you with collected minds officiate in this sacrifice, so that success may be secured to me; and that in body I may attain the regions of the celestials.
